Attitude Of Gratitude

We have entailed the human condition in past blogs, and now we are going to discuss how thankfulness can assist in your emotional intelligence.

In past native cultures, the hunters would seek out meals for their tribes. Once the meal has been captured, they give thanks to the great spirit and the meal.

We can still see some of this tradition in today’s society where we pray before eating. 

Now a prime insight is, we don’t know unless we know. And the only way to learn is to know that we don’t have the all answers.

We have wonderful days and sloppy days. When we all experience amazing blessings, we become absolutely grateful. When we experience lousy days, we become scruffy.

When you are on the path of self-betterment yet have no idea how to get there, practice gratitude for all the small things in life.

Every dish you eat, give thanks.
Every time you stop to reflect, give thanks.
Every time you fill gas for your motor vehicle, give thanks.
Every time you drink water, give thanks.
Be thankful and be thankful often.

Gratitude can snowball down the mountain in greater vitality.

Thus, what about your bad days or your unfortunate experiences?

This is what I have learnt personally. That it is from the lowest of lows, I know that I am grateful, because it will lead to something greater than I could ever imagined.

You take life on, without primary knowing how you will reach your destinations. Being grateful is like the analogy of driving a car at night. Your gratitude is like your headlights, the headlights show only a few feet in front of you. You may not be able to see the complete picture yet, but know you will arrive at your chosen destination.  

Be grateful for all things.

Gratitude is like that life fountain, be all and be abundant with it.

Remember, the greater your gratitude, the greater your headlights.
