Einstein’s Formula of Happiness

|

“A calm and modest life brings more happiness than the pursuit of success combined with constant restlessness” Einstien

To first establish the human base emotions are upon the scales of love and fear.

When one side is slopped too far, it is said to be void of peace. The emotionally equilibrium is based on introspection.

What are your inner truths?

What have you based your emotions on? Are your emotions based on your inner interpretations or based on life reckonings?

There is two folds. Your inner world will reflect on your outer world, and your outer world will reflect on your inner world.

Undeniable that the truth will remain truth regardless. We are more discussing your life attributes. I enjoyed the statement, that the grass is greener where you water it, as oppose to the lament philosophy that the grass is greener on the other side.
And to double notch the age old consumer marketed concept of keeping up with the Joneses. For those who just heard of this particular saying, the standing point is where you have a neighborhood, one particular homeowners would get all the fancy toys and bells with whistles ornaments. In fact, it creates spite and jealousy, which then in turns becomes a material competition. Always going for bigger and better.
In truth when it comes to mastering the material existence, you must embark on financial knowledge. More on this in another blog.

So the scales of love and fear, here expressed the two dichotomies of universal existence. If we were to create a basic horizontal line graph with notches tied to it, we will have the various emotional termenologies.

In the FEAR corner:

As you can see the varieties and the different intensities one can feel an emotion.
As it may appear complex, but it is ideal to simplify. I will later in another blog go through the emotional paradigms. But for this topic, we will explore einstein’s concept of happiness.

We know he had a wandering life, we know that he was termed a genius. He made headway in a lot of journals and news articles. But despite it all, he found peace in just a simplistic life. He knew that so many of those who run through the rat race (A life of constant spending and earning and living paycheck to paycheck, in hope of goals beyond them). More of this in another blog.

Einstein knew that the Rat Race mongers live a life of constant stress.
My self personally live in a modern country and have witnessed both sides of the proverbial rail way tracks. I have seen the simplest living and also seen the most lavish living. They both have their expressions.

But to elaborate on Einstein’s reasonings is to make another contrast of the livelihood of those in simple living. Such as those who live in villages. Those who live remotely. Those who live off-grid. Those who live without much but yet are joyful.

I would like to finish off this blog with a pearl of wisdom. I was going through one of the Facebook groups whom specialized in readings. There was this one particular person who was not enjoying her life. She set to achieve her goals and had, yet remained empty. I followed through to express to her about the truth of emotions.
Emotions we feel are just that, feeling in the moment. To attain an emotion is not the correct sense of expression. Attainment is more of the Donkey that chases the carrot on a stick. It will keep going and going, thinking it will attain it, but remains in confusion.

What you feel now, is what you feel now. It is a state of mind. We will elaborate on presence in another blog.

I will stop here, or else it will turn into a book. A common personal joke I have.

Greetings
Yasha Firooz
